Temporary Summary

While there’s no clear determination on exactly how old she actually is, Amie has remnants of her existence scattered in many different places across the world.

The earliest traces of her influence seem to be found in Sharlayan - mentions of her within texts, written by a man who seems to have been her mentor. If anyone were to delve into Magnus’s personal accords, they would see his amusement at the fact that he was something of a surrogate father to her, despite clearly being a fraction of her age – a sign there were many years prior to this where Amie existed, but that there are simply no records remaining.

There’s much more substantial signs of her influence in Gridania, from her assistance in helping train archer’s guild for the Autumn War, to the respectably-sized free company she supports financially to this day and who – apparently – work out of her former home.

Ul’dah was one of her more recent places of residence – enough so that noteworthy monetarists remember her. This includes a longstanding and steadfast business partnership with the East Aldenard Trading Company.

After this her movements become much more muddled, with signs pointing towards multiple places, from Thavnair to Ala Mhigo to Limsa Lominsa, and possibly even south Othard.

Shortly after the Dragonsong War ended, her new residence has become Ishgard, where she seems to have full intentions to stay a very long time - if not permanently. After all, using her vast wealth to not only curry influence, but engage in many philanthropic endeavors to help the city recover from its centuries-long war, does rather paint a picture of someone who wants to be a long-term part of a community.

Though the same cold have been said of her time in Gridania and Ul’dah as well, and yet she did still leave them in the end...
